They are the kindest, friendliest people and will bend over backwards to make sure every part of your experience – and your sparkly outcome! – is perfect. I appreciated how before they cast the actual ring, they cast it in purple wax so I could approve the final design before it was cast in gold. The pricing is very fair and the service/support is gold-standard.
